I think it took about 24 hours for the insurance approval. They must have really thought this was a good idea ;). Good thing I started my "pre" pre-op diet this morning.
Thanks so much for your encouraging comments. I read them when I first woke up and it really helped as I got ready to face the day.
YIPPEE!!!!!!!! I'll post more later but my Internet is down. Good thing I set up mobile blogging!!!
Yay! Congratulations! And good thinking to start the pre-op diet! It's awesome to not have that standing in your way of possible dates! So awesome - what a great way to start a month!!!
ReplyDeleteWHOO-HOO!! Congrats to you! :)
ReplyDeleteYES!!!
ReplyDeleteYou think like I do. I was so afraid that my friends and family would try to talk me out of the surgery, but when I told them, they were all for it. I assummed that meant I was such a fat ass that they figured it was my only hope.
Oh well - 3.5 months later I am down 50+ lbs. NO REGRETS!
That is SO awesome! I can't believe that you got a date so quickly. Guess you "already knew" when you posted earlier about the pre-op diet. Congrats!
ReplyDeleteWow! Congratulations! I am very happy for you!
ReplyDeleteYeehaw! Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteWoo Hoo! So happy for you. Have a protein drink to celebrate. Happy Dance!
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome news!! I'm so happy for you!
ReplyDeleteHow exciting...a date (and not the tall, dark handsome kind)! The beginning of the liquid diet is the worst. You get used to it and become creative! I like Sugar Free slimfast instant breakfast shakes the best. Throw in some nonfat dry milk powder for extra protein and blend in a banana, a few cubes and you are in heaven. Hang in there...and welcome to the liquid lifestyle. Congrats again on getting a date!!!
